Trainer/instuctor/Citizens online( get it together)

We are looking for people to help give confidence and experience on computers and the internet.  We do NOT necessarily need someone who is very 'technical' - just someone with a working understanding of the
basics of using the computer and internet, eg emails and internet.
We are hoping to provide handy tips and hints how to use email, complete job applications, research website for any areas of interest to the user.  Emphasis on fun, creative, useful and easy.
Various locations as the need becomes apparent.  Community halls a very viable and useful facility.
experience needed: Basic computer skills, patience, enthusiasm, flexibility and humour!
number of volunteers required: 20
Times required is: 2-4 hours.  Anything greatly received if regular to ensure group can keep going,
availability) school holidays and term time.
Training: induction training,support for volunteers,ongoing training.
Support options : wheelchair access, disabled access toilets.
Application process : informal chat,pvg membership,induction training.
