Volunteer Hairdresser or Beautician - Highland Hospice

To work with patients, in a way that they can benefit from and be made to feel better about themselves.

Full Description:
• Carry out various hairdressing treatments to a high standard such as cutting, blow drying, setting, straightening, colouring, and perming.
• Carry out manicures.
• Provide facials and make up.
• Receive a verbal report about patients who will be having their hair styled or a manicure or facial.
• Spend time with the patients whilst styling their hair or manicuring or carrying out a facial.
• Report any observations to a registered nurse
