Ref 40 - 1351
Volunteer Drivers are needed to drive one of the two Trust vehicles on a planned basis. A Full Valid Driving Licence is essential.
Volunteer Drivers are needed to work with Service Users and Support Workers. Drivers could go with the Support Worker and a Service User to an activity such as horse riding. Alternatively they could take a service user to an appointment and ensure they get there on time and return safely. They could drive other staff that are not able to drive. All the work would be organised and agreed with the driver and staff member. There would be an element of giving some advice and guidance on a general basis during the work. The Volunteer Driver could also work as a Buddy to the client. (see the Buddy registration form).
A local Inverness person is needed to collect food in the evening from Marks and Spencer and deliver it to the trust's Social club held Monday to Thursday early evenings.
