Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland aims to improve the quality of life in Scotland affected by chest, heart and stroke illness, through medical research, advice and information and support in the community.
We require volunteers to support our service users to access the service delivery of their choice. Service delivery can be very diverse and varies from access to leisure facilities to individuals' goals which will enable the service user to build confidence in the community, within their own home environment or in a community setting.
