Help the CAB to make sure 'every citizen understands their rights, regardless of age, colour, sex, religion, nationality or ability to pay'.
You will be part of a team of volunteers, and as a 'novice' adviser, you will receive assistance and support while you consolidate your training. A general adviser uses the GS2 CAB information system, and other available books, to advise clients, on whatever topic they need information on. Volunteers must be able to use a computer to type short reports and access information.
