This opportunity is aimed at people with experience and knowledge, of the lifeskills needed to participate successfully in society and a desire to share these with disabled adults and young people who lack these skills and want to learn them. As a mentor you will be expected to make a commitment to supporting and guiding another person as they face challenges and progress. Mentoring training and support will be provided to help you get started and fill any gaps in your knowledge, confidence and skills.
