DISTRIBUTING LIBRARY BOOKS

Ref 40 - 1687

The housebound library service requires volunteers to collect books from the library and deliver them to elderly housebound people in the Inverness and Nairn areas. This is an excellent opportunity for people who are interested in reading to interact with a person who has similar interests. Once the volunteer is made aware of the clients reading preference, they go to the library, select appropraite books, take them to the client and take other books back to the library.
This will make a difference to the housebound persons life!
