Working within the new community centre built for Nairn. The facilities Youth Cafe will be run on a minimum of 5 nights a week with some opportunities in the day. The post will require supporting the p/t and f/t youth work staff in developing positive relationships and opportunities for young people. The job will require work within times that best suit young people and may mean late night work, but will allow contact when young people are able to give open contact which is rewarding to them and hopefully the post holder.
