British Heart Foundation is looking for volunteers to join our shop teams. Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organisation as well as contributing to a worthwhile cause. Volunteering is something practical you can do to help fight heart disease, Scotlands single biggest killer. You will make new friends, learn new skills and have opportunities to develop within the British Heart Foundation. You will be supported in your training by the shop manager and for your contribution you will also recieve 25% discount.
A key part of the opportunity is meeting people and making them welcome, assisting customers who require help or advice, answering the telephone and operating the till. If required, helping to keep the shop floor tidy and helping to display stock and making sure the shop is looking attractive.
