To provide volunteering opportunities for the over 50's in their own communities, Opportunities exist in Schools, Primary Care, The Environment and Knitting.

Schools - assisting with a range of duties. Environment - Community projects at local level. Primary Care - practical support for sick, frail or vulnerable people by collecting prescriptions, helping with form filling, assisted visits to shops, libraries and appointments.
Knitting - trauma teddies, premature babyclothes, blankets etc
