Mentor - Use your knowledge, skills and life experience to support and guide disabled adults and young people as they prepare to volunteer in the community.
This opportunity is aimed at people with experience and knowledge of the lifeskills needed to get along in society and a desire to share this with disabled adults and young people who lack these skills and want to learn them. As a mentor you will be expected to make a commitment to supporting and guiding another person as they face challenges and progress. Mentoring training and support will be provided to help get you started and fill any gaps in your knowledge, confidence and skills.
