If you have a week or more to spare and have an interest in working with young people in an exciting holiday environment, this could be just the opportunity you are looking for! You can volunteer at either a residential Christian centre or at a residential Christian camp in more than 80 locations around Scotland.

The role involves working in a close-knit team to deliver meals, BBQs and refreshments to young people and leaders on activity holidays. A commitment to care for young people from all backgrounds is vital and so is committed Christian faith.

The context is residential and catering assistants stay in the same centre or location as the young people. Longer term placements may get the opportunity to learn new skills and gain nationally recognised food handling qualifications.
