OYA+ is a new and inspiring youth organisation that helps vulnerable young people to build their self esteem and confidence through positive, structured support which aims to increase their employment prospects and widen opportunities in their life.

Buddies will work with vulnerable young people to help them to maximise their potential, avoid the slippery slope into bad behaviour and crime, attain education, training and employment and become a prosperous and positive contributor to Scottish society as a whole.
