The allocated person will be required to assist the office administration member with the daily tasks within a busy office. A professional manner towards confidentiality and data protection is an advantage for this post. The main tasks involved include
typing correspondence, progress reports for client reviews, answering telephone calls, checking e-mails, logging mail in / out procedures, monthly invoicing to customers, and highland council and any other suitable office tasks that may arise to assist the office administration member, and carry out driving tasks only if required.
